Our Process

At Draw a Bath we understand that the installation of a new bathroom is a major undertaking which can entail some upheaval. Our aim is to smooth the transition from old to new and assist you in every stage of the project. Our processes have been tailored specifically to promote this.

Draw A Bath - Design Phase

DESIGN

One of our consultants will visit your home and from there on work with you to develop your thoughts and transform your ideas into a beautiful, practical design. Our use of 3D modelling will enable us to capture every detail to perfect the design until it fulfils your requirements and expectations.

Draw A Bath - Order Phase

ORDER

Once your design and quotation have been agreed, a 30% deposit will be required to confirm the order and secure your installation date. Changes to the design once an order is confirmed will incur extra costs. Depending on the exact specification of your order, a lead time of 6-8 weeks is to be expected.

Draw A Bath - Pre-Installation Phase

PRE-INSTALLATION

Once your order is confirmed, working drawings will be produced along with a specification of works that details the exact requirements of the project. This will be for the use of our installers who will visit you in advance of the installation date to introduce themselves and make a final check of the works to be completed.

Draw A Bath - Installation Phase

INSTALLATION

Four working days prior to work commencing, an interim payment will be required of approximately 40% in order to release goods for installation (A payment schedule will be provided upon confirmation of your order). We normally require 2-3 weeks to complete an installation dependant upon varying complexities.

Draw A Bath - Completion Phase

COMPLETION

On the day of completion a final balance is due which is usually around 30% of the total, this should be paid directly to the installer. Any product guarantee documents, care instructions and Draw A Bath customer satisfaction survey will also be provided.

Draw A Bath - Aftercare Phase

AFTERCARE

Two weeks after completion we will contact you to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your new bathroom. Your satisfaction, experience and feedback is of utmost importance to us.
